He was predeceased by : his father William Maynard. He is survived by : his wife Kristina; his children, Samantha and Eli Maynard; his mother Sallie Moore-Rafferty; and his brothers, William Maynard II (Katherine), Michael Maynard (Lisa) and Adam Maynard (Shauna). He is also survived by many extended family including nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Applebee Funeral Home (403 Kenwood Ave, Delmar, NY 12054). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
