He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“David was my favorite cousin, he was always someone I looked forward to seeing and hearing his stories as a young boy. I watched through the years of his struggles with his health issues , yet he never complained , and often made light if he thought it would bring a laugh or a smile. I always wanted to get to spend more time with him , and as soon as I arrived at their families home , my 1st question was....where's David. I know where he is now..hope to see you again.
