He was predeceased by : his parent Howard L. Duncan; and his brothers, Reggie Duncan and Rudy Duncan. He is survived by : his parent Bertha Knowles Duncan; his siblings, Len Duncan (Peg), Ken Duncan, Janet Hoyt, Gloria Diamond, Ronnie Duncan (Glorie) and Patty Case (John); and his sisters-in-law, Janice Duncan and Arlene Ingalls (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Medusa United Church of Christ, Medusa, NY 12120 will be appreciated.
