He was predeceased by: his parent Howard L. Duncan; and his brothers, Reggie Duncan and Rudy Duncan. He is survived by: his parent Bertha Knowles Duncan; his siblings, Len Duncan (Peg), Ken Duncan, Janet Hoyt, Gloria Diamond, Ronnie Duncan (Glorie) and Patty Case (John); and his sisters-in-law, Janice Duncan and Arlene Ingalls (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins.
