He is survived by: his parents, Joseph Kujawa and Barbara Kujawa (Yagge); his daughter Gracelynne Rae "Gracie"; his siblings, Danielle and Alexander Kujawa; his nieces, Olivia and Mia; his significant other Jennifer Lynne Luxon; his aunt Nancy Clute (James); and his godmothers, Susan Harling (Darrell) of Pennsylvania and Diane Gilhooly of Medina. He is also survived by numerous cousins and close friends.
