He is survived by: his wife Janice Barrett of Medina; and his children, Theodore Barrett III of Medina, Gertrude Schonveld (Kars) of Lockhart, SC, Janice Steer (William) of Knightstown, IN and Vincent Barrett (Teresa) of Medina. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren.
