We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Sylvia J. Riviere of Medina, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Meyer and Gladys Meyer (Fredericks); and her siblings, Irene Daball, Ernestine Wetzel, Shirley Stachewicz, Irving Meyer, Henry "Hank" Meyer and Bernice Young.
She is survived by: her husband David Riviere; her children, Harold Jacobson (Deborah), Debi McCanna (Paul), Patricia Kepner (Doug Welker) and Allan Kepner; and her stepchildren, Laurie Horton (Lee), Kenneth Riviere and David Riviere, Jr. (Tanya). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Oak Orchard Assembly of God (12111 Ridge Rd, Medina, NY 14103). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
