He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, George and Pheobe Strickland (Axtell); his grandparents, Alice "Sue" Sills, Raymond Sills, Lee Horth and Arlene Horth Sipple; and his uncle Wayne Horth.
He is survived by: his parents, William Sills and Brenda Sills (Horth); his sister Laura Sills-Merkl of Medina; his nieces, Jacey Sills and Lexey Cornelius of Medina; his aunts and uncles, Christine Walczak Sr. (Edward) of Albion, Eileen Quinlivan (Jim) of Northville, NY, Barrie Horth (Cindi) of Holley and Ronald "Butch" Horth (Nancy) of Waterport; and his pet Puff. He is also survived by several Cousins, friends.
