She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Wayne and Marie Sargent (Robinson); her husband Richard "Pook" Bielak; her daughter Lynette Fralick; her sisters, Patricia Nickerson, Elizabeth Fox and Margaret Johnson; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Jablonski and Patricia Sargent.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Bielak (Karen) of Medina, Laurinda "Rindy" Punch of Medina, Kathleen Bielak of Lockport, Karen Sylvester and Steven Bielak (Janine) of Medina; her grandchildren, Joshua Sylvester, Adam Sylvester (Rachel), Brett Bielak (Nichole), Madison Bielak, Kylie Bielak, Molly Bielak, Dylan Hack and Landon Bielak; her great grandchildren, Rachael, Ada, Isaac, Ava, Emily, Kameron Sylvester, Cody, Peyton Bielak, Cain and Eberly Sylvester; her brothers, Carl Sargent and William Sargent (Barbara); and her brothers-in-law, Robert Nickerson (Rose), Robert Fox (Patricia) and Loren Johnson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
