He was predeceased by: his father David Phillips. He is survived by: his mother Virginia Phillips (Albone); his sons, Jeremy Phillips (Angela) and Roger Phillips II (Nichole); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Rhiannon, Hayley and Nolan Phillips; and his sister Karen Hale. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
