He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Quackenbush and Margaret Quackenbush (Pritchard). He is survived by: his wife Dolores Wolters; his sons, Donald Quackenbush (Dana) of Medina, NY., Carl Quackenbush (Deanna) of Medina, NY. and Jake Quackenbush of Medina, NY.; and his grandchildren, Logan, Maggie and Maverick. He is also survived by several siblings, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
