She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Whalen and Mary Proudfoot (Novino); her husband Ronald B. Winans; her sister Nancy Winters; and her sister-in-law Margaret Ann Whalen.
She is survived by: her children, Terah Jackson (Roger), Michael Radka and Ronald Radka; and her siblings, Daniel Proudfoot (Debbie), James Whalen and Candy Adams. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
