She was predeceased by: her parents, Lavern E. Beeton and Violet T. Beeton (Axtell); and her husband Vernon E. Toussaint. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Toussaint (Marcia) and Jenifer Cardone (Joe); her grandchildren, Matthew (Molly), Aaron (Samantha), Andrea Toussaint, Rosalind Eaton (Alex), Michael and Sophia Cardone; and her siblings, Warren Beeton (Trudy), Linda Shigley (Klaus) and Jay Beeton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Nelda's name to the Hospice of Orleans County or the First Presbyterian Church.
