She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Kelly and Alice Kelly (O'Brien); her brother John W. "Bill" Kelly, Jr.; and her former husband Robert Bessel. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Bice (Michael) of Watertown and Jason Bessel (Joleen) of Medina; her grandchildren, Megan, Hannah Oram, Olivia and Johnathan Bessel; her stepgrandchildren, Dylan and Kassidy Bice; and her close friend Ann Bane. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
