She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Charles, Jessie Roberts of Middleport, Anthony and Sophia Kozielski of Medina. She is survived by: her parents, David Kozielski and Cheryl Kozielski (Roberts) of Medina; and her sister Deneen Kozielski (Joseph Listro) of Bonita Springs. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
