He is survived by: his children, Phil Stahl (Cindy), Luis Lugo (Patricia), Lisa Rivers (Keith), Mike Lugo (Frances), Dean Lugo (Lori) and Joe Lugo; his grandchildren, Trisha (Dan), Aaron, Alex, Ashley, Christopher, Daniel, Katie, Corey, Cody, Kyle, Jessie, Autumn, Ariel, Brie, Jordan, Jayden, Nicole, Cameron and MacKenzie; his great grandchildren, Renee, Chloe, Cadence, DeAndre, Brayden, Brynlee, Bryson, McKinlee and Delaney; and his siblings, Carmen Colon and Josè Rivera. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
