We are sad to announce that on January 9, 2022, at the age of 86, Lucretia J. Fraczak of Medina, New York, born in Buffalo, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Dujenski and Helen Dujenski (Nowak); and her husband Leonard Frazcak. She is survived by: her son Andrew Fraczak; her siblings, Bernard Dujenski and Arlene Bensley; her friend Sister Presentia Stawicki; her daughters, Virginia Klotzbach (Jeff), Cynthia Hewitt and Christine Biernacki (Michael); her grandchildren, Kari Ann Hewitt, Krisha Budner (Michael), Timothy Winans (Nikki), Matthew Winans, Aubry Phillips (Aaron), Zachary Baldwin, Jennifer Webster (Justin), Alexander Baldwin, Steven Biernacki and Andi Lou Fraczak; and her son-in-law Thomas Hewitt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Masks will be mandatory at both locations.
