He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Balcerzak and Agnes Balcerzak (Cotriss); his wife Kathryn A. "BoBo" Balcerzak; and his siblings, Donald (late Nedra), Anthony Jr., Joseph (late Dorothy), Mary Knights (late William), Eleanor Rignall (late Robert) and Kate Gun (late William).
He is survived by: his former wife Kathryn A. Howe; his son Steven Balcerzak (Molly) of East Amherst; his grandsons, Sean and Jack Balcerzak; his siblings, Helen Morien (late Thomas), Loretta Koneski (late Leo), Francis Balcerzak (late Ann) and Michael Balcerzak (Carolyn); and his sister-in-law Patricia Balcerzak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
