He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Slattery-Kochanowski; his siblings, Don Ott (Denise), Art Clawson (Suetta), Bob Kochanowski (Sharon), Lori Gleichsner (Paul), Chuck Kochanowski (Darlene), Charmaine Beatty (Bob), Jim Kochanowski (Linda) and Mary Miller (Marty); and his son AJ Kochanowski. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
