He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Baker and Louva Baker (Jock); and his brothers, Horace, Wesley and Clifford Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Linda J. Baker (Frederick); his siblings, Steve Baker and Rosalie Grinwald; his siblings-in-law, Tracie Wilson, Roger Frederick and Brian Castrechino; his nieces and nephews, Raychelle, Amber, Trinity, Krystal, Penny, Julie, Rose Marie, Robert, Tyler and Ryan; and his pet Jilly.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the memorial fund at the United Methodist Church of the Abundant Harvest.
