She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Jennings of Newfane, NY; and her sister Sharon Powers (Ramming) of Copper Harbor, MI.. She is survived by: her sister Georgia Thomas (Ramming) of Medina. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and step-children.
In lieu of flowers, her family asks that donations be made in Joycelyn's memory to the organizations that she was a member of or to Dollar for Scholars, Medina High School, 1 Mustang Drive, Medina NY 14103.
