He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Bale and Beatrice L. Bale (Reigle); and his brother Lawrence Bale. He is survived by: his close friend Marty Phelps; his children, Amy Barry (Benjamin) of Lyndonville and Andrew Bale (Ann) of Medina; and his siblings, Jeffery, William Bale and Dawn Marciszewski (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
