He is survived by: his wife Elfreda Stangland; and his sons, Louis Stangland (Heather) of Kirkwood, PA, John Stangland (Erna) of San Diego, CA and Stephen Stangland (Amanda) of Medina. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
