He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard F. and Carol Newton, Sr. (Giambatista); and his siblings, Toni Dunn and Richard F. Newton, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, James Newton, Jr. and Jeremy Newton (Lisa); his grandchildren, Gabe, Leah, Lilly, Ben and Gavin Newton; his brother Joseph Newton (Elaine); his stepsiblings, Darryl Schultz and Gerri Schultz; and his siblings-in-law, James Dunn and Dawn Newton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
