He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Lackner; his children, Dawn of Middleport, NY, Todd (Leah) of Lockport, NY, Jason (Jodi) of Sarasota, FL and Kristin Saulsbury (Jonathan) of Middleport, NY; his grandchildren, Brendan, Gillian Schyve, Dominic James Manchester, Jianna and Jaydan James Saulsbury; and his brother Ron Manchester (Joyce) of Vero Beach, FL. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In Lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made in Jim's name to the family or the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses at 3830 Stone Road Middleport, NY 14105.
