He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Fuller and Edna Fuller (Harch); his siblings, Glenn Fuller (Vera), Norman Fuller (Lou), Louretta Sheelar Stillwell Anderson and Rosemary Pray; and his siblings-in-law, Charles Wilson and Shirley Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Fuller; his son James M. Fuller (Jennifer); his grandsons, Joshua, Nathan, Zachary, Caleb, Micah and James M. Fuller II; his siblings, Charles "Huck" Fuller, Gordon Fuller (Cheri), John Fuller (Susan), Alroy Fuller (Gail), Cecelia Wilson and Thomas Fuller (Jeanne); and his brother-in-law Edward Pray. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Masks will be mandatory.
