He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bellack and Lillian Bellack (Slabodkin); his daughter Andrea Kinney; and his siblings, Ervin, Simon Bellack and Esther Bellack.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria "Mitzi" Bellack; his children, Deb Flaugher (Michael) and Dean Bellack (Carol); his grandchildren, Shawn Flaugher (Jennifer), Joe Flaugher (Laura), Adam Bellack and Aleena Emerson (Rob); his great grandchildren, Conor, Cullen, Ceiren Flaugher, Mila, Fiona, Anna Flaugher and Cameron Emerson; and his brother Phil Bellack (late Carol). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
