He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Smith and Alberta Smith; and his brother Kenneth Smith. He is survived by: his wife Alice Smith; his children, Sandra Smith and Scott Smith (Sheila); his grandchildren, Leah Hoefler (Ryan) and Tiara Smith; his great grandchildren, Jayda Hoefler and Quentin Hoefler; and his sister Vivian May (late Robert).
