Shoemaker, Jr.; her daughters, Ann Michaud (Paul) and Susan Slack (Charles) of Medina; her grandchildren, Dr. Aaron Slack (Courtney), Martin Slack (Jennifer), Brian Slack, Dr. Matthew Michaud and Abigail Jakubowski (Steve); her great grandchildren, Alana, Brendan, Emma, Bradley, Samuel, Sylvia, Liv and Mira; her nephews, James Vosteen, Bill Vosteen, Bob Vosteen and James Shoemaker; and her caregiver Ellen Brege.
