He was predeceased by: his son Gregory Flatt; and his parents, Harry Flatt and Dorothy Flatt. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Hillman (Bradley); his grandson Reagan Hillman; his sister Suzanne Zazowski (Jim); and the mother of his children Dawn Meland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
