She was predeceased by: her father Fredrick; her husband Raymond Guzik; and her siblings, Fredrick "Fritz" Kopitzki, Norma Chambers, Paul "Corky" Kopitzki, Marie Dewitt and Raymond "Butch" Kopitzki.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Guzik (Holly), Debra Bjornsen (Peter), Laura Ward (Keith), Mary Guzik (Dawn) and Lois Davis; her grandsons, Mark Guzik, David Guzik and Bobby Guzik; and her sister Barbara Eggleston (Fred). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
