He is survived by: his mother Patricia Lowery Sr. (Gross) of Knowlesville; his children, Frank Lowery Jr. of Knowlesville, Richard of Albion, Dillon Lowery of Albion, Leanna Lowery of Ridgeway and Amber Lowery of Barre; his siblings, Tamra Mairs (Ed) of Albion, Guy Steffen (Penny) of Albion, Misty Kibbe (James) of Medina, Shannon Lowery (Debra) of Albion and Judy Lowery of Knowlesville; and his grandson Ethan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
