She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Giertz and Rose Giertz (Coulson); her husband Walter Moden; her sons, George, Wayne and Jay Moden; and her siblings, Alice, Roy, Mary, Mildred and Edward "Dean", Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Janice Gillmeister (late Stanley), Karl Moden (Susan), Sharon Farrow (late Larry), Beverly Nudd, Paul Moden and Scott Moden (Roxanne). She is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren; and several great and great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
