She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kubatek and Mary Kubatek (Mortka); her husband Daniel M. Schultz, Sr.; her former husband Edward Andrews; her siblings, Waldemar, Francis, Stanley Kubatek, Adeline Schultz and Helen Mauragis; her daughter-in-law Kathlene Schultz; and also Dorothy Nowak.
She is survived by: her children, Dolores Mathes (Gene) of Evans, GA, Daniel M. Schultz, Jr. (Karen) of Lyndonville and Linda M. Flower of Medina; her grandchildren, Gina Kelvington, Scott Schultz (Kathleen), Renee, Susan Winfree (John), Lori Brien (Rob) and Thomas S. Flower (Alicia Thiel); her great grandchildren, Brandon, Ryan, Justin, Jennifer, Samantha, Mackenzie, Maximilian, Aaron, Christian, Alex, Jenna, Julia, Abigail and Owen; her great great grandchild Emme Kaye; and her sister Bernice Sheldon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Holy Trinity Parish.
