He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Eugene Nichols; and his siblings, Jenivee Brown, Virginia Schoelles, Sandra Bonk, Delmus Nichols and Frank Nichols.
He is survived by: his mother Roxie Nichols (Stewart); his sons, Joey and Justin Arndt; his close friend Kandi Arndt; his siblings, Jerry Nichols, Ronnie Nichols (Jeanine), Lorena Cox (Billy Brown), Johnny Nichols, Alice Nichols, Grace Jenks (Steven) and William Nichols (Tiffany Fuller); and his brother-in-law Richard Earl Brown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
