With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Rue of Medina, New York, born in Amery, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 10, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Rue and Violet Rue (Olufson); and his son Michael Rue. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Rue; his sisters, Sharon Rue Lewis (Craig) of Minnesota and Barbara Loeffler (Dick) of Minnesota; his children, Jacquelyn Lundgard (John), Jonathan Rue (Christine), Wende Nicosia, Jill Andrews (Paul), Scott Schickling (Jan), Kim Kujawa (Mario Rojas), Leslie Brelsford (Ted), Karen Huntington and Bruce Huntington (Debbie); his grandchildren, Adam (Megg), Daniel (Janelle), Nicholas Wakefield, Kaitlynn Kujawa, Erin, Ryan Nicosia, Matthew and Charlie Andrews; his great grandchild Penelope Wakefield; and his grandchildren, Doug, Eric, Olivia, Bill, Kyle, Katrina and Justine.
