He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kams and Marion Kams (Rook); his wife Peggy Kams (Moore); and his sons, Thomas Bailey and Williams Bailey.
He is survived by: his daughter Christine Scholes (Gary) of Medina; his stepson Raymond Bailey; his grandchildren, Emily Kams (Brenden), Aric Bailey, Randi Scholes (Ryan Tower) and Brandon Scholes (Stephanie); and his great grandchildren, Adalyn, Adella, Caylin, Jameson, Jack, Griffin and Evelyn.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (215 W Center St, Medina, NY 14103). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. The military honors was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at the Mt. Albion Cemetery.
