He was predeceased by: his mother Evelyn "Jake" Payne (Abbott); and his wife Phyllis Payne. He is survived by: his friend Jan Nudd; his daughter Gerrilu (Eric Hofmeister); his brothers, Donald Payne (Jeannie Scroger), Duane Payne (Patricia) and Dan Payne; his granddaughters, Ryan Anne Campbell (Andy Toale) and Ashley Renee Castricone; his great grandchildren, Jaydin, Alexa Demmer and Noah David Toale; and his pet MommaKitty. He is also survived by his family, friends.
