She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Tylec and Grace Tylec (Tracey); her daughter Tracey Baker; and her sister Pam Belfield. She is survived by: her husband William Lewandowski (Bill); her daughter Amy Niethe of Cape Vincent, NY; her stepdaughters, Doreen Wolff (David) of Lancaster, PA and Kathleen Allen (David) of Winter Park, FL.; and her siblings, Patricia White (Thomas) of Middletown, CT, Vincent Tylec (Cindy) of Middleport, NY and Mark Tylec (Gail) of Deland, FL. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Colleen's name to a charity of one's choice that benefits Veterans.
