She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Boyle and Mae Boyle (Simonson); and her siblings, Lillian Boyle, Florence Rook, Aida Hatch, Marie Conolly, Edna Barnum, David Boyle, Frank Boyle and Arnold Boyle.
She is survived by: her brother Carl Boyle (Mary) of Medina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Carolyn's name to St. John's Episcopal Church, 200 E. Center St. Medina NY 14103.
