She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Kwiatkowski and Irene Kwiatkowski (Karmazyn); her brothers, Robert, Brian and Gregory; her nephews, Daniel and Brennan; and her sister-in-law Sandra Kwiatkowski.
She is survived by: her siblings, Richard Kwiatkowski (Terry), Chester Kwiatkowski (Rindie), Jerome Kwiatkowski and Michelle Kwiatkowski. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, nephews and cousins.
