He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Carmelo Vazquez Jr. (Marilyn) of Richmond, VA, John Vazquez (Star) of Chili, NY, Roberto Vazquez (Belinda) of Cleveland, OH and Camellia Bellis of Phoenix, AZ; and his sisters, Gloria Semidey of Cleveland, OH. and Rosa Ruiz of Cleveland, OH.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
