He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Waszak and Marion Waszak; his sister Marjorie; and his niece Wendy Washak-Kimber. He is survived by: his wife Amy; his brother Ronald Washak (Vicki); his children, Kimberly Albone (Kurt Rosentreter), Kristen Kuch (Dave), Andrew Washak and Kari Root (Joseph); his grandchildren, Mallory, Kaitlyn, Nicholas, Brittney, Edwin, Mackenzie, Barrett and Owen; and his great grandchildren, Edwin and Emilia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
