He is survived by: his mother Barbara LaForme (Smith) of Lockport; his wife Lori; his children, Ren LaForme (Keeley) of Buffalo and Corey LaForme (Cassie); his siblings, Christopher LaForme (Shannon) of Middleport, Joseph LaForme (Beth) of Lockport, Lauri Boyd of Lockport, Karen Flagler (Joseph) of Lockport and Janice Rosselli of Barker; his brother-in-law Vincent Rosselli of Brockport; his grandsons, Augie and Conlin; and his pets, Finn, Marshmallow and Ash. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
