She was predeceased by: her father William Bontempi. She is survived by: her mother Diane Bontempi (Brandt) of Medina; her siblings, Anthony Bontempi of Buffalo and Amanda Bontempi of Medina; and her grandparents, Harold and Anna Brandt. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
