She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert Fellman and Frances Fellman. She is survived by: her children, Jackie Henson (Doug), Debbie Ohsiek and Charles Ohsiek Jr. (Danelle); her grandchildren, Amy James (Blake), Nicolle Floyd (Emery), Samantha Hoelscher (Ricky) and Victoria Henson; her great grandchildren, Skylar, Sloanne, Waylon, Bailee, Maddox, Braxton, Knox, Gunner, Harper, Bryer and Henlee; and her husband Charles Sr.. She is also survived by loving grandmother, while her great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, MD Anderson Cancer Center, or the American Cancer Society.
