He is survived by: his wife Evon Martin; his children, Alicia Neal and Gregory Russell; his grandchildren, Brittany Russell, Monet Neal, Maya Neal and Siyah Russell; his siblings, Jacob Russell, Irene Levi and Cynthia Jackson; and his aunt Nannie Bullock. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Family requests that all visiting guests wear a mask.
For the last 10 years, Elvin courageously lived the Alzheimer journey.
