He is survived by: his wife Joan; his daughters, Bonnie Oathout (Roger) and Lori Coon (Gregory); his grandchildren, Chad Oathout (Katie), Melissa Cosselman (Steven), Christine Rose (Troy) and Stacey Ketchum (Michael); his great grandchildren, Bradley Oathout, Brayden Ketchum, Taylor Cosselman, Dominick Oathout, Arianna Rose and Alexandra Cosselman; and his brothers, Raymond Allen (Fay) of Caroga Lake and Thomas Allen of Johnstown. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
