He was predeceased by: his niece Sandra "Sah" Dickson. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Dickson of Mechanicville and Robert Claydon (Paula) of Saratoga Springs; his nephews, Michael Dickson (Stacy) and Michael Claydon (Kaitlin); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katelyn, Timothy, Kacy, Chance, Madison, Declan and Sydney.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the DeVito-Salvadore Funeral Home (39 S Main St, Mechanicville, NY 12118). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at the St. Paul's Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to a charity of one's choice in fond memory of William J. Claydon.
