She was predeceased by: her parents, John Yusaitis and Claire Borden Yusaitis; her brother John Yusaitis Jr.; and her brother-in-law Butch Phelps. She is survived by: her children, Frank Carr, Lisa (Al Velletri) and John Carr; her grandchildren, Alexandria, Shawn Velletri and Rhianna Carr; her sisters, Joan Phelps and Maryanne Piccirilli (Art); and her caregivers, Laura and Cathy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
