She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Palmer and Vincenzia Cici Palmer; her husband George Arnold; and her siblings, Joseph "Peg" Palmer, Anthony "Scotty" Palmer, Frank "Cheech" Palmer, Philip Palmer, Theresa "Fannie" Palmer, Anna Riberty, Margaret Izzo, Dolores Fazio, Sue Palmer and Christine Martone.
She is survived by: her sons, George Arnold (Dana) of Greenwich, Herbert Arnold (Mary) of Shushan and Robert Arnold of Stillwater; and her grandchildren, Nathan, Robbie, Sean and Manassa. She is also survived by great grandson, and a number of nieces, nephews.
Remembrances may be made to All Saints on the Hudson Church in memory of Josephine Palmer Arnold.
